Paul has successfully made the transition from the golf course to the boardroom

He understands what it takes to be both a successful professional athlete, as well as a winning captain and leader. These experiences have allowed Paul to advise his business partners to understand how best to develop a winning strategy based on the most competitive of environments – professional sport.

In October 2016 Paul joined the Board of the European Tour as a Non-Executive Director

“I was delighted when Paul agreed to join the Board of the European Tour. He brings with him a contemporary golfing experience but, more than that, he is interested in both the Strategy and the Business of Golf. The European Tour is going through a period of significant change and Paul adds value both as an individual and through his unique experience.”
